These are 15 mg each and are great for party puffers or 1/2 for a lightweight. Professional puffers and renegade bong tyrants may want to pick up a 50mg or 2. For all these can be used in a low dose for help with sleep. 5mg for lightweights, 7.5mg for party puffers, around 15mg for professional stoners and between 40mg and 75mg for a renegade bong tyrant.
